Regenerating new areas for the next generation
Town centres are recognised as being central to our community. They offer a base for small businesses and jobs to grow and are often the hub for community life. Wokingham Borough is set to expand over the next 12 years and welcome around 10,000 new residents.
Central to the councils regenerations plan is the consultation with the local community to help shape these proposals.
Working for Instinctif Partners who provide consultation services to Wokingham Borough Council we created a stand alone brand and identity along with a website to enable people to be able to find the latest news and information about regeneration projects across the Borough.
This was to ensure that the regeneration proposals and story are clearly accessible to all audiences; including residents, businesses and future businesses.
Over the last few years the Borough Council has consulted with residents and businesses and developed a scheme which helps deliver some of the most important things from the Wokingham Town Centre Masterplan.
Creative Edge worked with the council to deliver both print and digital community feedback collateral.
The Council is seeking to make sure that important facilities identified in these strategic plans are delivered ready for residents to use.
