We give a discount on our fees in exchange for an equity stake in your company. We also command a supplementary premium as our track record proves that having us as a partner offers a greater chance of success.
We never take more than 49% of a company. You're the founder - you should be the driving force.
We never discount our fees more than 50%. We have certain costs that we need to cover.
